A few days after the oil change i noticed a leak on the garage floor. I took the car back to jiffy lube & they removed the engine oil filter cap & then told me that the rubber ring had been pinched. I was pissed but thought well, maybe it's just the drain plug or the gasket.

I waited a couple months and just caught the oil with flattened carboard, etc. The next day after backing the car out of the garage, the same size leak was back so i realized it was more than just some residual oil from the oil change. Well today i was going to change the oil and see just where it was leaking.
It's definitely not the drain plug.
Had my oil changed, went home, went back outside later, and found a puddle of oil under my truck. I called the shop and they said bring it back again. Then they told me that someone had put an oversized bolt on the oil pan drain plug and don't keep the correct one in stock. However, i messed with it again and got the truck home.
After replacing the valve cover gaskets, pcv valve, coil packs, spark plugs, and cam sensors, the oil leak issue appears to have been resolved. My guess is that it was coming from the pcv valve primarily, but there was evidence of a possible slow leak from the valve cover gaskets. Not wet oil, just an accumulation of oil and dirt. I would visually inspect the engine.
Look at it from above, see if there's any fresh oil around the sides of the engine.
Do the same from underneath the engine as well. While you're under it, try and see if there's fresh oil around the oil filter and the sump plug. Sometimes these shops don't tighten filters and plugs like they should do. So, i am disabled, so i had to go to an establishment to get my oil changed.

I did notice one loose bolt, and one missing bolt I did an oil change a few thousand miles ago and now have a small leak from the plate that covers the internal oil filter/mesh. On a 2014, this doesn’t have a gasket and the factory uses a sealant instead. I tried permatex grey but either i didn’t get good enough coverage or should have used
Whatever you do check your oil level before you go anywhere.
If you're loosing a lot you will blow the engine. If you're not loosing any oil on the dipstick they may have just not cleaned up very well and after a day or two the oil will go away. If you are loosing oil and jiffy lubes gives you crap take it to a good shop and have them diagnose it.
